AGREEMENT ON PROJECT WITH RUB SIGNED
The agreement on the construction of an IT building and an auditorium for the Royal University of Bhutan was signed on 18th February, 2011, between the Gross National Happiness Commission, the Office of the Vice Chancellor and Helvetas-Bhutan. The project is supported by the Society for Promotion of Education and Training (SPET), Germany, and Helvetas.
The agreement for the Project Construction of an IT Building and Auditorium was signed between the Gross National Happiness Commission, the Office of the Vice Chancellor and Helvetas-Bhutan on 18th February 2011. The project is expected to provide quality and user friendly IT building and auditorium, using locally available materials. The project goal is to contribute towards optimum utilization of local resources (wood) for construction and contribute towards an optimum and modern learning environment for the university system.. The project is initiated and supported by the Society for Promotion of Education and Training (SPET), Germany, and its implementation is entrusted to Helvetas. The Project duration is from 1.1. 2011 30.06.2013.
