His Majesty visits the Drapham Dzong excavation site, 7-November, 2010

His Majesty the King visited the Drapham Dzong excavation site on 7th November 2010. In the royal entourage were the Prime Minister and the Minister for Home and Cultural Affairs.

 

The entire team at the excavation site consisting of Swiss archaeologists, Helvetas-Bhutan, the Division for Conservation of Heritage Sites, and Bumthang Dzongkhag were deeply honored by His Majesty's visit.
